Adedotun Kazeem is a Partner in the Law Firm of Adeniji Kazeem & Co. and heads the Firm’s Technology Advisory Division. He is an alumni of the University of Lagos and holds a Master of Laws Degree in International Commercial and Maritime Law from Swansea University, United Kingdom.
In addition to his responsibilities in Technology Advisory, Adedotun has advised Nigerian and international clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial issues involving tax, international trade and investment, maritime, construction, ENR, and finance, with respect to contract negotiation and structure, contractual risk management, regulatory compliance, and dispute management and resolution.
Adedotun is also a disputes practitioner of considerable expertise and has represented clients in several civil disputes and has provided pro bono legal services to clients in criminal matters and labour disputes.
