David Oluranti serves as the Vice President of Legal, Regulatory & Govt Affairs at
Flutterwave Inc. With a successful background in commercial law, he possesses indepth knowledge and expertise in various areas of law, such as technology/fintech, contract management, negotiation, risk assessment, and project management.
David has previously worked at various organizations such as London Immigration and Asylum’s Tribunal, London Probation Service, Strachan Partners, PriceWaterHouse Coopers, Olaniwun Ajayi LP, and holds degrees from the University of Lagos, Nigerian Law School, and Brunel University.
As the head of the Legal Department at Flutterwave Inc, David works closely with the regulatory team to ensure the company’s compliance with legal requirements. He is also the founder of Barfinals.com, an online Legal Tech business that aims to bridge the gap between the legal space and technology in Africa.
In his free time, David enjoys playing basketball, tennis, running marathons, watching Formula 1 races or Manchester United FC, and reading fictional novels.
