Ifedy Ralph Eze is the Managing Director of Founder Institute Lagos. He plays at the intersection of law,
entrepreneurship and technology. He is recognized as a passionate ecosystem builder with strong
strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
An alumnus of the University of Nigeria and called to the Nigerian Bar, he holds certifications from Lagos
Business School and Harvard Law School. Through his work at the Founder Institute, he has helped launch
over 200 startups into the Nigerian startup ecosystem and actively mentors a number of early-stage
startups across Africa.
Ifedy has been recognized by the Ford Foundation for his work in Youth Employment and has been
nominated for The Future Awards Africa. In 2022, he received the Global Startup Leadership award from
the Founder Institute.
