Online Filing

LACIAC is working on developing an online dispute resolution “ODR” platform.

Parties wishing to refer a dispute to ODR should make reference to the LACIAC Online Dispute Resolution Guidelines. These Guidelines are not prescriptive but have been designed to provide parties with a recommended framework.

Pending the establishment of the ODR platform, where possible, and subject to the Guidelines, LACIAC will endeavor to accommodate a party’s wish to resolve a dispute electronically, thereby avoiding physical hearings and document exchange.
