Soibi is a Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution lawyer based in the Lagos office of the Firm and heads the Dispute Resolution Practice Group.
She specializes in Civil and Commercial Litigation, Corporate Recovery and Insolvency and other aspects of Dispute Resolution including but not limited to Arbitration, Mediation and Conciliation.
Her years of experience in dispute resolution span well over a decade and she has represented clients in various industries such as Banking, Energy, Intellectual Property, Real Estate before all the superior Courts of records in the Federal Republic of Nigeria. She has also represented clients before ad-hoc and institutional arbitral panels in respect of both domestic and international commercial Arbitration.
She is an astute negotiator who takes into cognizance the ultimate commercial interest of her clients and balances same with an optimal compromise for an effective settlement of dispute.
